Responsibilities
- • Own environment parity and networking foundations
- • Harden CI/CD and release gates with engineering
- • Instrument services for latency, errors, and saturation
- • Document runbooks and hand over ownership deliberately
Required skills
- • Cloud fundamentals on AWS and/or Azure
- • Containers and CI/CD

What success looks like
Environments are IaC-defined; cutovers are waved with rollback; dashboards answer the questions operators actually ask.
