Responsibilities

  • • Design and implement typed APIs and durable data models
  • • Partner with design on accessible, performant interfaces
  • • Write decision records and keep runbooks current
  • • Mentor engineers through thoughtful review
  • • Own production signals for what you ship

Required skills

  • • Strong TypeScript and modern React/Next.js
  • • Relational modelling and SQL fluency
  • • Testing discipline (unit, integration, e2e where it pays)
  • • Clear written communication

Preferred skills

  • • PostgreSQL at scale
  • • Azure or AWS delivery
  • • Public-sector or regulated domain experience

What success looks like

You ship vertical slices with tests, docs, and monitoring; architecture decisions are written down; teammates can extend your work without archaeology.
